**It is important to note that as a referral agent, with your license hung in a referral company, your licensed real estate activity is limited to referrals only. Any real estate activity outside of a referral is in violation of your contract and state rules. If you are in violation of your contract, RERG will return your license to the state.**
Getting Started
Requirements:
You must be actively licensed with the Oregon Real Estate Agency. Once the RERG application form is returned to us with original signatures and approved, RERG will transfer your license from the state or current brokerage over to the referral company through eLicense.
There is a one-time $25 activation fee that includes setup and real estate license transfer.
